Integrated Listening System (ILS): optimize your brain for improved concentration and performance
iLS is a pleasant program, which we ourselves go through daily for half an hour. Our own experience is that it is nice to do. It helps to unwind and gets us out of our heads after a busy day at work.
We then feel more relaxed and present in our bodies again.
It was difficult for us at first to fit it into our busy schedule, though. And also to make it a regular routine.
We ourselves are now in the second program. The reason for us taking the ILS ourselves is to increase our overall performance. But also because of ADHD like symptoms and Dyslexia.
And, of course, you can't really help other people until you experience it yourself and work with it on a daily basis.
What is Unyte's Integrated Listening System (ILS)?
ILS is a program aimed at improving brain and body functions through engaging activities involving music and movement.
It is tailored for people of all ages and skill levels and follows a neurodevelopmental sequence to gradually increase intensity.
The program provides multisensory input targeting various systems in the body and brain.
The auditory component consists of listening to treated music selections through headphones.
The program consists of five recommended programs for clients of any age, each with a specific number of sessions aimed at improving brain function and learning skills.
The programs are designed to improve attention, behavioral control, balance, motor coordination, decision-making and language and cognitive skills.

How does the ILS program work?
ILS focuses on improving brain and body functions through fun and challenging activities involving music and movement. By improving the organization of the body, the brain becomes better organized,
leading to better processing of information, improved attention and learning ability. This program can help people become more mentally resilient, perform better in academic or professional settings
and possibly improve social skills.
The power of repetition
Clients struggling with delays or difficulties in various areas may benefit from the ILS program, which is similar to starting a physical exercise routine.
The program follows a neurodevelopmental sequence, gradually increasing in intensity to improve the condition of the brain, nervous system and body.
Increasing benefits and impact
As fitness improves, people may experience better attention, better behavior and emotional control, better balance and coordination, better decision-making, and improved language and cognitive skills, leading to success at
school and at work.
Neuroplasticity
Just as our muscles need regular exercise to get stronger, our brains also need stimulation to get better.
Our brain can improve itself and become stronger with the right stimulation, this is also called neuro plasticity.
Stimulation via air and bone conduction and special exercises
The ILS program follows specific protocols to improve outcomes by focusing on the frequency, intensity and duration of stimulation of the nervous system.
It is important to tailor each individual's program so that it is challenging yet enjoyable, and providing support and education is the key to success.
ILS programs use auditory and movement components to provide simultaneous input to multiple senses, improving brain and body functions.
By focusing on motor, visual, balance, coordination and auditory systems, these programs help the brain better process multi-sensory input.
ILS programs use specially chosen and filtered music to improve brain function and skills. The music is delivered through headphones that activate both the auditory and vestibular systems.
There are five different programs
After years of clinical research, five programs have been created for people of all ages:
Relaxation, Sensory & Motor Skills, Concentration & Attention, Reading & Auditory Processing and Optimal Performance I & II.
These programs were developed based on 20 years of experience and research with different age groups.
Unique programs
Each program varies in length and focuses on different aspects of development and improvement.
These programs cover all sound frequencies people can hear, known as full spectrum music (FSM). Each program has a unique design based on the number of sessions dedicated to each frequency range.
